The contract for buying StackLégal is governed by the French version of these pages. This translation is for information. If the texts differ, the French version prevails.

• Vercel Inc. — United States — hosting of the site.
• Gumroad, Inc. — United States — checkout. Independent controller for payment, fraud and tax. Not registered under the Data Privacy Framework (checked on 4 October 2026).
• Resend, Inc. — Ireland (eu-west-1) — sending site email (preview, partner form, feedback form).

A professional customer may object to a new sub-processor within 30 days of notice.
