Public GDPR processor list

Article 28 requires the controller to know who processes data on their behalf. B2B customers ask for an up-to-date list, often with a right to object before a new processor is added.

StackLégal produces a processors page: legal name, country, role, nature of the processing, and a 30-day objection clause for professional customers bound by the DPA. Only ticked tools are emitted — not a catch-all “our cloud partners” paragraph.

This page is one of the two documents visible for free in the preview, with the legal notice. Tick Vercel, Stripe, Clerk, Supabase, Resend, PostHog, Plausible, Google Analytics, OpenAI, Anthropic or Cloudflare: each gets a paragraph, the others do not exist in the file.

The vendor entries (data, DPA, Data Privacy Framework, clause to paste) are on /en/gdpr — for example Resend, PostHog, OpenAI, Cloudflare. To assemble several clauses: check your stack.
