An iubenda alternative, paid once
iubenda is a solid product if you want a cookie banner, multi-country policies and a subscription that follows your pages. For an indie shipping a SaaS on Vercel, the immediate need is narrower: a legal notice, terms, a privacy policy, and above all an Article 28 DPA whose Annex 3 names Stripe, Clerk, Supabase and the rest.
iubenda is a yearly subscription built around a cookie banner. TinyTerms and SiteConforme sell a one-off pack without a named DPA. StackLégal: 39 € incl. VAT, one SKU, no account. Markdown export plus App Router files, not a script to paste.
It is not a feature-for-feature replacement (no CMP, no scanner). The site is available in several languages. The Pro tier adds the DPA and the list in English. The wedge: files you can git-add, a named stack, a DPA included. One-time payment via Gumroad.
The vendor entries (data, DPA, Data Privacy Framework, clause to paste) are on /en/gdpr — for example Plausible, Stripe, Notion. To assemble several clauses: check your stack.
