Refunds

StackLégal sells digital files, paid once, delivered after payment on Gumroad: the record of processing activities (19 € incl. VAT, CSV and XLSX) and the document pack (Solo 39 €, Pro 89 €, Agency 179 €, incl. VAT, ZIP).

Consumers (EU)

You generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract under Directive 2011/83/EU. If you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right once the digital content is fully supplied, checkout must collect that acknowledgement.

If the file has not been downloaded yet, or delivery failed, write to contact@stacklegal.eu or request the refund from the Gumroad receipt: a full refund within 14 days, via the original payment method.

If the files were delivered and you expressly waived withdrawal, no goodwill refund is due. For a blocking bug (an unreadable ZIP), contact support: a new send or a refund will be offered.

Professionals

The French Consumer Code withdrawal right does not apply to a professional purchase. A commercial gesture remains possible at our discretion if delivery actually failed. The contract for buying StackLégal follows the French version of these pages.

What is not refunded

The fact that the templates do not replace a lawyer, that they must be reviewed, or that a customer or an authority finds them insufficient for your case, does not open a refund. StackLégal does not sell a certificate of compliance.
