StackLégal

Guide

Legal notice for a SaaS

The French pack follows the LCEN (law no. 2004-575): identify the publisher, a contact, the publication director and the host. In this language the notice follows the GDPR in general and does not invent a national imprint. Add the fields your country requires.

Among Next.js indies the host is almost always Vercel Inc. (United States). StackLégal pre-fills it, including a public address that is commonly cited, and lets you correct it.

The generated notice is the free sample in the preview: enough to judge the tone, not enough to take the terms, privacy policy and DPA without paying. The full pack comes out as Markdown and App Router pages, 39 € incl. VAT, once.

The vendor entries (data, DPA, Data Privacy Framework, clause to paste) are on /en/gdpr — for example Vercel, OVHcloud, Scaleway. To assemble several clauses: check your stack.
